Lee Hayner, President

As President, Lee spends his time focused on his passions: promoting our culture, building lasting relationships with our Team Members, and serving as a critical advocate for our Customers. Over Lee’s career he’s worked hand in hand with the sales and operations teams to find creative solutions to a multitude of challenges while serving as a passionate and trusted advisor. While leading financial teams, Lee was instrumental in the development of our business intelligence models, helping our Customers and internal teams gain true insight to performance.  Lee is an authentic leader focused on personal growth and caring for others. Lee and his wife Jamie moved to Cincinnati in 2009 where they became active in the local community.  Lee enjoys coaching the youth sports teams for his son Brett and daughter Allie.

Mike Viox, Advisor to the President

In a career that spans 45 years, Mike Viox has learned everything there is to know about buildings. Following stints as a carpenter and building superintendent, he led a team that transformed his family-owned construction company, with revenues of $15 million in 1992, into a $250 million publicly-owned facilities services giant by 2017. Today, Mike and his brother Dan run Omnia360 with a shared goal: increase client productivity and profitability through seamless facilities management services. An active member of his native Cincinnati community, Mike is a former trustee and board member for Roger Bacon High School and OneSource Cincinnati. He currently serves on the board and executive committee for People Working Cooperatively, as well as the finance and building committees for St. Clement Church.

Dan Viox, Chief Operating Officer

For nearly four decades Dan has been the go-to resource, directing and managing maintenance and construction teams, internal customer support groups and suppliers to ensure efficient and effective business operations and excellent customer service. Together with his brother Mike, he grew their family-owned maintenance and construction business into one of the nation’s top facilities services companies. After a brief retirement from the industry in 2017, the brothers forged a new service model for Omnia360 that features custom facility solutions. Dan is a University of Cincinnati graduate who calls Cincinnati home. He is a member of the West Virginia Building Contractors and is a former board member for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC).

Steve Aker, SVP Operational Excellence

Steve’s extensive knowledge about integrated facilities management enables him to deliver solutions in new process development, change management, operations and finance. Previously, the Vice President of Operations of EMCOR Facilities Services Inc., he led strategic planning for a large multinational nonprofit, resulting in $600,000 in savings over 10 months. He managed more than 150 employees and subcontractors, helping the organization maintain 1,200 new locations. As EMCOR’s Vice President of Transition, Steve utilized expertise in process improvements to bolster sales for clients like Fifth Third Bank, Coca Cola and Procter & Gamble. Steve is a graduate of UC’s Executive Education & Development program and holds a certificate from the Change Management program at Miami University.

Adam Heaton, Vice President of Business Development

Adam’s passions are building relationships and problem-solving for Customers. Throughout his career, Adam has executed complex, large-scale contracts totaling more than $1B including dozens of Fortune 500 and 100 customers covering all types of facilities including manufacturing, Head Quarters and Office, R&D, Banking, Repair Stations, Logistics Centers, Warehouse, Houses of Worship and Data Centers. When not working Adam spends his time with his wife Erin and children Alex and Grace at one of their many sporting events, golfing, or relaxing at the lake house. Adam is actively involved in the Reading Schools Mentorship program.

Dave Johnson, Vice President Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Dave relishes the opportunity to build, nurture and develop long-term solutions while delivering first class service levels for our Customers. Utilizing his extensive history in the Facility Maintenance industry, Dave oversees the majority of our daily operations for Omnia360 and serves as a reliable backstop for our teams with a demonstrative history in pragmatic problem solving, while providing a level-headed, team-oriented approach to challenges. Dave is passionate about fostering growth for Team Members and focused on building a path to success not only as an associate but also as a person. While not at work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and their 3 kids Olivia, Brady, and Cameron. Dave is an avid golfer, enjoys spending time at the lake, and coaching youth sports.

Josh Viox, Vice President Shared Services and Operations

As Vice President of Shared Services and Operations, Josh brings his hands-on and hard-working approach to the development and implementation of our systems and operational programs.  His early career was spent transitioning our incoming customer locations where his easygoing and thoughtful style empowered him to truly understand each locations unique needs. Absorbing the many lessons from overcoming challenges uncovered during each transition, Josh has excelled at providing our operations teams with honest solutions while working to foster a culture of growth for our team members. During down time, Josh and his wife are avid sports and fitness practitioners. Spending their time riding bikes in the neighborhood or in a group fitness class. Saturdays in the fall will find Josh glued to Notre Dame football. Go Irish!

Ryan Gilreath, Vice President Information Technology

As Vice President of IT, Ryan plays a critical role by solving complex issues for our team and Customers. His thoughtful approach provides insight and out-of-the-box solutions to fit the ever-changing needs of our industry.  His long history of IT management experience is paramount to our ongoing success and growth. As technology rapidly changes, Ryan will be a dependable guiding force to solve new challenges. Ryan’s diverse interests away from work include woodworking, photography, and spending time with his wife Kate and son Parker at the lake. Ryan is a volunteer with People Working Cooperatively as well as Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
